it's the second time in my career i snuck "westminster chimes" into a song just because my blood seethes with evil and i love clocks

We have not encountered anyone ratifying that this track references Westminster Quarters. Between 4/13/2024 and the forthcoming update we listed Clark's root for this track's piano material, Day That Never Came, as referencing Westminster Quarters - and not Gymnopédie No. 1, the obvious and actual root. Notably, in commentary from about when that track was created, Clark wrote:
This is a song I recently put together for an animation score. It samples Erik Satie, Otis Redding, Diana Ross, Astro Kid, and the Downton Abbey theme song.
Erik Satie composed Gymnopédie No. 1 and the commentary is for the vocal track Someday, which contains all vocal material later re-trimmed and released as this bonus track for Psycholonials. The commentary does not refer to Westminster Quarters (exact credits there are indeterminate, but definitely none of the names Clark listed).
Clark has referenced Westminster Quarters earlier, in Clockwork from her solo album Medium. (Timestamp 3:04.)
