How confident do you feel about this? I know you're more musically minded than most people who go "oh shit it's Gaster's Theme", but I'd like to hear a bit more critique/review on this reference from you and from other people

it's playing the piano riff on the piano sound
let me get some comparisons

the issue ruby is that I hear the first half of your octoroon piano but not the second, whatever notes are there are swallowed by everything else
it could be PP but if it's not actually resolved in the final version of the song I wouldn't count it

Interrobang:
Part of me wants to just defer to whatever toby put in the track description since hes the only one who really knows what is and isnt penumbra
But also they definitely werent always thorough on the hs bandcamp

I feel like it's a case of Hopes and Dreams, where it's close enough to where he has had to have realized he put it in if he did do it accidentally

At 1:47 in "Octoroon Rangoon" there were some arps, and this sounds for me like a reference of "Showtime" from vol.1 (yeah I'm not sure about that but consider about it)
