We're listing this track as referencing "Ending II", aka "Warrior Report", from the soundtrack for Brandish's SNES release in particular, since Toby Fox contributed to its gamerip (as posted to Zophar's Domain).

This track is part of the fobby leak. "Cats" is included on the 4/13/2017 release of the unofficial Homestuck Sound Test. In Toby's communications with Sanctferum, Cats is not listed as one of the tracks that could be kept in the sound test, and it is not present in subsequent releases.
