We don't have any sure info on where this track was shared, but it comes from Niklink's time starting the unofficial Homestuck Sound Test, when he was gathering music from general public spaces (blogs, youtube etc). From available track listings, Flow was added to the sound test between 1/20/2012 and 4/13/2012.

Odds are pretty good it's from Solatrus' tumblr at blog.solatrus.com, but this blog has been deleted and is only very sparsely archived. Frost itself was first unveiled 12/4/2010 (in the comic). As a prototype for Frost, Flow could've been covertly posted earlier, or, maybe more likely, shared in retrospect at some later point.
