Planet Healer piece for @vol5anthology !!! i submitted this a month ago and im still changing my mind on the colors ugh!!!

John doing the windy thing to put out the fire on the sea of oil felt really climatic when I first read it. That entire sequence on that rock actually.. I especially loved his conversation with Rose and then the troll convos with “the one that hates you and the one that likes you” lmao. GOOD STUFF

I will say, as the writer of this song, that this is incredible. I must admit that I'm going through hard times in my life, but to see something like this come up, it's a beautiful thing. I wrote the song just trying to express my emotions at the time, I was, yes, playing Cave Story, but I wanted to make something I loved to listen to myself, and to know it has touched so many others is more than I could have ever dreamed of. So I thank you for taking your time to do your own take on it. Thanks.

I wrote the original version of this song using similar software, PXTone, which was written by Pixel of Cave Story fame, so you are correct. Thank you for liking the original, and this remake is quite fantastic, It means so much to see how my song has been taken and adapted through other people.
